Dr Dabin Xue

Biography

Dr. Dabin Xue received his Ph.D. degree in Air Traffic Management (ATM) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in 2023, and his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) in 2015 and 2018, respectively. Dr. Dabin Xue received his Ph.D. degree in Air Traffic Management (ATM) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in 2023, and his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He is also a postdoctoral fellow at PolyU and a visiting scholar at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He has authored or co-authored more than 10 research papers, with one selected as a research highlight by Nature Reviews Earth & Environment. He serves as the lead organizer of a special collection of Space Weather. Dr. Xue’s research interests include air traffic management, space weather effects on aviation, and sustainable aviation.
