Gerry Redmond has been at the Social Policy Research Centre since 1997. Gerry’s academic background is in sociology and social policy. His research interests encompass both the conceptualisation and measurement of child poverty and well-being in Australia and in other countries, with a broad focus children’s material wellbeing, their health, their developmental outcomes, and their own perspectives on their well-being.
