I am an Associate Professor at UNSW School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications. I obtained the BS and MS (electrical engineering) degrees from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2001 and 2004, respectively, and the PhD (electrical engineering and telecommunications) degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia, in 2015. 

My current research interests include programmable computer networks (SDN), data-driven inference systems (AI), and critical networked infrastructures (IoT).
