Dr. Kelsey Burton has over ten years of experience in leadership consulting and coaching in the United States and Australia. Dr. Kelsey Burton has over ten years of experience in leadership consulting and coaching in the United States and Australia. In 2016, she moved to Sydney to conduct research on the rise of toxic leadership. Upon completing her Ph.D. (Polishing Bad Apples: Leaders Who Favor the Dark Triad), she continued educating and coaching business professionals for success, which is where her true passion lies. Today, she is an education focused academic (Assistant Professor in the US) at UNSW, where she is a part of the Transformational Education Program aiming to improve university business education. As a part of this program, she also serves as an academic within UNSW’s Business Innovation Team, which has recently launched the Business AI Tech Lab. This Lad aims to create a collaborative community between industry and academia to support and encourage the adoption and implementation of AI and Technology as well as evolve university education methods and practices.
