dr Luh Putu Lila Wulandari PhD is a Lecturer in the Surveillance, Evaluation, and Research Program at the Kirby Institute. dr Luh Putu Lila Wulandari PhD is a Lecturer in the Surveillance, Evaluation, and Research Program at the Kirby Institute. She is passionate about strengthening complex health systems in low and middle-income countries (LMICs) and addressing social determinants of health to improve access to health services and medical technologies. This passion has driven her to lead impactful research and evaluation initiatives aimed at identifying and tackling critical challenges in responding to infectious diseases, including HIV/STIs among high risk populations, adolescents, and pregnant women; neglected tropical diseases; antimicrobial resistance; and pandemic preparedness.
