Rafael is Associate Lecturer in Environmental Engineering at UNSW Sydney and Nuisance and Harmful Algae Science-Practice Partnership (NHASP) Program Manager. His research interests are sustainable solutions to drinking water treatment, supply, scarcity and reuse, including data-driven modelling and the use of remote sensing.
