Mark has extensive industry experience having worked in professional sport, emergency services, tertiary education and private practice (clinical, general and sporting populations) He was most recently employed as the Health & Wellbeing Manager for Rural Fire Service NSW and prior to that as Health Performance Manager NSW Police. In professional sport he has worked as the Head of Sport Science at the Manly Sea Eagles and Canterbury Bulldogs and Elite Pathways Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at the Parramatta Eels. He has 15 years’ experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and 10 years as an Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian.  Mark has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Dietitian with national level athletes in rowing, boxing, weightlifting and with national level para-athletes in rowing and cycling. In private practice Marks main focus has been on obesity and diabetes helping clients improve their relationship with food.

Mark has completed a PhD in Sport Science with his research focusing on injury and performance in elite junior rugby league athletes. He has also completed Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, Master of Strength and Conditioning, Master of Nutrition/Dietetics and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science. He has attained national level coaching accreditations in strength and conditioning (Elite Level 3), weightlifting (National Level 3), powerlifting, track and field and pilates.
