Biography
Matt graduated from UNSW in 2006 and is a qualified meteorological technician. With an interest in remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS), Matt co-founded an RPAS service provider in 2014 and holds a CASA issued RePL. In early 2018, Matt returned to UNSW and completed a PhD. His area of research involved an assessment of the human performance limitations associated with RPAS operations as a result of reduced sensory cueing, with a particular focus on Beyond-Visual-Line-of-Sight (BVLOS) RPAS operations.
