Ms Rehana Khan Tajuddin Mohamed Akthar Khan is a PhD candidate and Associate lecturer at the School of Optometry and Vision Science (SOVS), USNW. Her research focuses on utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to enhance the understanding and prediction of ocular and systemic diseases. With a strong foundation from the Elite School of Optometry, India, and equipped with practical experience as a clinical and research optometrist, she has made significant contributions through publications and peer-reviewed journal reviews. As an associate lecturer, Rehana is committed to nurturing the knowledge and skills of future optometrists, providing them with guidance and support to thrive in their academic pursuits.
