As a dedicated academic and researcher, I specialize in the nuanced realms of behavioral change and decision-making processes. My work is deeply rooted in understanding the complexities of human behavior and how subtle shifts in approach can lead to significant transformations in actions and choices.
Currently, I serve as the Academic Disability Advisor at the UNSW Business School and hold the esteemed title of UNSW Diversity Champion for Disability. In these roles, I am committed to advancing the cause of people with disabilities. My research is centered on effective advocacy for individuals with disabilities, focusing on the development of policies that are not only inclusive but also empowering. This commitment is further evidenced by my efforts to incorporate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles at UNSW, ensuring that education is accessible and beneficial for all students, regardless of their abilities.
I am also the Director of Education Program at the Digital Sustainability Knowledge Hub. Here, my goal is to spread awareness and knowledge about Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and digital sustainability.
My journey is one of continuous learning and advocacy, where I strive to make a meaningful impact through research, policy, and education, championing the cause of inclusivity in every sphere I engage with.

I received my PhD from the esteemed Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. My research is driven by a desire to unearth ways that elevate student learning experiences and catalyze meaningful behavioural changes. Presently, I am delving into two research ventures: 1) Harnessing the potential of virtual reality to augment understanding for people with disability, and 2) Charting the course for refining and actualizing inclusive education practices.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I am a fervent advocate for educational inclusivity. My dedication to this cause is evident in my proactive efforts to integrate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles at UNSW, as well as my initiatives to bolster digital accessibility for the institution's teaching and learning. Also, I am a lead academic member in the Diversified project, aiming to elevate neurodivergent students voice in course and assessment design to improve their learning experience. In recognition of my multidimensional role at UNSW, I've assumed the titles of both the 'UNSW Diversity Champion' and the 'Academic Disability Advisor' for the Business School. My contributions to inclusive education have earned me numerous accolades, including 2023 UNSW Awards for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning, two ADCET Accessibility in Action Awards 2023, and the UNSW Scientia Education Academy Exemplary Teaching Practice Award 2022.
