  • How generative AI (GenAI) is affecting the legal sector, including the rise of “fake law”, legal services regulation in the context of GenAI adoption, and promoting a human-centered approach to responsible GenAI adoption
  • Addressing unmet legal need through legal services deregulation and technology
  • Recruitment and retention strategies within the legal profession and fostering positive culture in legal workplaces
  • Leadership skills and personal competencies essential for legal professionals

 

These areas will expand as the work of the Centre progresses.
