Bill Randolph joined the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of New South Wales in August 2004 as Professor and Director of the City Futures Research Centre. At City Futures he undertakes research specializing in housing policy, housing markets and affordability, urban renewal and metropolitan planning policy issues. Bill has over 45 years' experience as a researcher on housing and urban policy issues in the academic, government, non-government and private sectors. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australasian Housing Institute.
