My Research Activities

My research interests include the evolution of bacteria and viruses, molecular epidemiology, and the population genetics of pathogens. I am also interested in cultural evolution and the interaction between behaviour and disease. My research group develops mathematical models and we use these models to make inferences from genetic and genomic data. For more information about us please visit our lab website.
