Yuchen is an interdisciplinary researcher with an academic background in public health and psychology. Her multidisciplinary research combined health services research, social policy, and psychology to address complex problems in healthcare and aged care settings. Her research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to address three broad research areas:
- Equitable access to health/aged care services
- Application of digital technology, such as AI, in healthcare and aged care
