Christiaan Röell is a lecturer (assistant professor) in International Business at the UNSW Business School, Department of Management and Governance. His research is focused on the political strategies of multinationals in international environments, especially in Southeast Asia. He is interested in government affairs managers, and his research seeks to unpack corporate political strategizing. Christiaan's recent research focuses on how multinationals collaborate with government agencies to achieve the UN SDGs. His work has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business and the British Journal of Management.
