I am a Physiotherapist and Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine & Health. I was awarded my PhD from The University of Sydney in 2015. My research and teaching experience are focused on ageing, physical activity, and musculoskeletal health.
My research includes clinical trials, systematic reviews, cross-sectional and qualitative studies, aiming to improve musculoskeletal health among older adults.
