Orientation to Research is for research academics newly appointed to UNSW staff, with focus on UNSW’s research strategy and how the Division of Research can support you in your research endeavours.
Key staff from the Division of Research including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Training) and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Infrastructure) will provide an overview of the research environment; strategy, expectations, and the support available in developing your career, followed by a panel discussion by key senior staff from the Division of Research.
Orientation to Research is held twice per year, once in each Semester.
