My Expertise

Over the past 18 years I developed an expertise in field of low temperature transport measurements of nanoscale semiconductor devices. I have been working with a broad range of mesoscopic devices based on GaAs/AlGaAs semiconductors. These include two, one and zero dimensional devices with both electrons and holes as charge carriers. As a Chief Investigator of an ARC CoE in Future Low- Energy Electronics Technology, I worked on realization of artificially designed electronic materials based on conventional semiconductor systems and nanopatterning techniques to fabricate two dimensional lateral superlattices.

Biography

I graduated from Lviv National University in Ukraine in 2000, majoring in Physics of Semiconductors, and received a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from UNSW in 2008. I won an ARC DECRA Fellowship in 2014 and became a Chief Investigator (CI) of the ARC CoE in FLEET in 2017. I joined UNSW Canberra as a Lecturer in the School of Science in 2018 and become a Senior Lecturer in 2022 .
