Saeed Shanehsazzadeh, PhD, received his Ph.D. in medical physics from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2013. In his post-doctoral career, he further specialized in nanoparticle tracer development and characterization and was able to make significant contributions in the field of antibody labelled radioisotopes. From more than 10 years of research work in international molecular imaging, nanomedicine and multidisciplinary medical sciences labs in Iran, Germany, Belgium (UMONS), Canada (USASK), Singapore (NUS) and Australia (SAHMRI), Saeed brings an impressive background into the UNSW node helping to bring MPI as a novel tracer imaging method to the next level. He so far published more than 50 papers.
