Tony completed his PhD in biostatistics and epidemiology at the Otago Medical School, New Zealand, investigating the longitudinal development of lung function and early life origins of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Tony has extensive experience as a consultant biostatistician in the design of clinical trials and complex health surveys, statistical modelling, data linkage study, and big health data analytics, across both public and higher education sectors. In addition, as an epidemiologist, Dr. Zhang has a wide range of knowledge in geriatric, respiratory, perinatal, and reproductive epidemiology.
