Dr. Xiaodan Dong is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Risk and Actuarial Studies at the University of New South Wales, Australia. With over 17 years of industry experience in business analytics, her research interests include business analytics and educational research, where she focuses on advancing methodologies and outcomes in education.
