Research Interests:

Dr Joanna Achinger-Kawecka is a Group Leader of the 3D Epigenome in Cancer group at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and Conjoint Lecturer at St Vincent's Clinical School, UNSW Sydney.

As a data scientist (postdoctoral fellow), I build data pipelines, develop and leverage algorithms and AI, and perform data analysis and evaluation to facilitate clinical decision-making.

My research has focused on the accuracy and precision of radiotherapy.
