Bee joined the Faculty as Senior Lecturer in the Construction Management and Property program in Feb 2013. She obtained her Bachelor of Building Construction Management degree from UNSW and completed her PhD studies in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Previously, she had also worked as quantity surveyor and estimator with several construction firms located in Sydney and Singapore.

My Research Activities
Bee's main research area is in construction management and economics. With the focus on competition in the construction industry, she has been active in applying (i) statistical techniques to model contractors’ bidding behaviour, and (ii) experimental designs to examine contractors’ bidding behaviour via active manipulation of bidding variables. Her research interests include:
